For the 2023 season ZES will be supporting Graham Penn in the National Mini 7 Championship.

The National Mini 7 Championship is for classic Minis which are built to strict regulations and governed by the Mini 7 Racing Club. The championship is contested over 17 races which are held at major racing circuits in the UK and occasionally abroad. The events are extremely popular with drivers and spectators alike, with most races being streamed live.

The ZES-sponsored mini will also be exhibiting at a number of car shows, such as the Mini In The Park show, which is held at the Sywell Aerodrome in Northamptonshire and attracts tens of thousands of enthusiasts.

Graham has been involved in motorsport since the age of 14 and competed in Karting all over the UK. Graham competed in the Mini 7’s in the 1990’s, for 13 years with a season best finish as runner up in the championship. Graham has won races at venues such as Silverstone and Donington Park.

Graham retired from racing to support his son Ian in the national Karting championships. However, Graham made a comeback to Mini racing in a newly-built car in 2022, and with a number of winter developments planned for the Mini, Graham is looking to be competitive again in 2023.
